What’s the Problem?

The Finnish client (a fintech company) needed to improve their integration (security and performance) with third-party Bank systems. They also wanted their Lead data to be useful. Their The leads were not properly organized, prioritized, and tracked.

What we did

  1. Our engineering team focused on securing integration channels between customer’s ETL systems, Salesforce and third-party Bank systems.
  2. Our architecture team designed an event-driven integration architecture and created mechanisms to ensure fault-tolerant financial data exchange.
  3. Our administrator team created multiple Lead capture channels using Salesforce Sales, Service and Experience Cloud features, such as Web2Lead, Experience Sites, Social Media 2 Case, etc.
  4. We implemented custom custom Apex code in order to enrich Lead data with additional details from third-party systems. Fuzzy matching algorithms were implemented to sort and route Leads depending on their priority and origin. Deduplication techniques were implemented in order to eliminate redundant effort from the Sales and Support teams

  • Since the organization of leads has been implemented, the company has stopped losing customers. The information from all channels is now stored in one system.   • We have successfully integrated 5 payment systems, which are fully compliant with security requirements and are absolutely reliable. Payment systems have been implemented into the website and synchronized with the system in order to provide managers with the most up-to-date information on transactions.
